Meeting the Genderuwo
“Nandiii… watch out! There’s a Genderuwo behind you!!!!!!”
Tono shouted, warning Nandi that a Genderuwo was standing right behind him.
In an instant, Nandi turned around—and froze in shock.
“GENDERUWO!!!!!!!!!!……”
His face immediately turned pale, and his entire body was unable to move at all.
Without wasting time, Tono ran toward Nandi to save him.
Within seconds, Nandi was finally pulled away as Tono grabbed his hand.
The two of them ran as fast as they could, desperate to escape from that haunted bridge.
Trapped Inside a Supernatural Portal
However, when they reached the boundary between the villagers’ road and the bridge, Tono and Nandi could not leave.
It was as if an invisible portal was blocking them.
“Damn it!!!!! We can’t go home!!!!!” Tono shouted angrily, his face filled with frustration.
“Bro… what are we supposed to do now?!!!” Nandi yelled, just as furious.
Not long after that, the Genderuwo began walking slowly toward them.
“You can’t run anywhere!!!! Hahahahahahaha!” the creature laughed wickedly.
“This is your fault!!! I warned you so many times, but you never listened!!!!!” Tono shouted, slightly yelling because he was furious at Nandi.
“Huh… why is it my fault?!” Nandi asked in disbelief.
“Hey, you idiot!!!! Before we entered this bridge, I already told you everything!!!!
My information was accurate—straight from the locals here!!!!!” Tono yelled, feeling deeply disappointed that Nandi never believed him.
“Are you done fighting? Hahahaha!” the Genderuwo mocked them.
The creature raised both of its hands, ready to capture Tono and Nandi.
A Path on the Right Side of the Bridge
But Tono and Nandi managed to dodge the attack and ran toward the right side of the bridge.
“Hey, Ton!!! There’s a path on the right side too!!!” Nandi shouted while pointing.
“Yeah… there really is a road!” Tono replied.
They immediately ran as fast as they could.
When they reached the boundary between the villagers’ road and the bridge—
“Ton… do you think there’s another barrier here, like the one on the left side?” Nandi asked nervously.
“I’ll try,” Tono said as he stepped onto the villagers’ road.
And it worked.
There was no barrier at all.
“Wow… there’s no barrier here!!!” Nandi shouted excitedly.
“We’re free! Hahahahaha!” he laughed.
Tono was also relieved, happy that he and Nandi could finally escape and go home.
“Come on, Nandi! Run!!! What if that damn Genderuwo chases us again?!” Tono ordered.
And the two of them ran at full speed.
That Path Was Actually a Trap
The Genderuwo watched them running in the opposite direction.
It remained silent—then smiled coldly.
“Hmmm… so you finally walked into the trap.”
15 Minutes Later
“Hey, Ndi… don’t you feel something strange?” Tono asked, sensing something suspicious.
“Feel what? I don’t feel anything at all,” Nandi replied, completely unaware.
“How can you not notice?!” Tono insisted.
“I swear to God, I really don’t get it! What do you mean?!” Nandi asked, confused.
“Look at that huge rock!” Tono said, pointing at a large stone nearby.
“Yeah… so what about it?” Nandi asked.
“I think we’re being led in circles. Don’t you realize? We always end up right here, at that same rock,” Tono explained.
“Really?” Nandi asked, still not believing him.
“Try to remember!” Tono insisted.
Nandi tried to recall everything.
“Astaghfirullah…!!!”
Finally, he realized it.
“You’re right, Ton… I remember now. We’ve been going in circles.”
Nandi immediately checked his Yikyok live stream, and he found a comment from one of his followers—someone who seemed to understand supernatural matters.
The follower said:
“Nandi, Tono… you are being misled. Why did you enter through the right-side path?”
“Huh? Was that wrong?” Nandi replied.
That Road Was the Gate to the Supernatural Kingdom
“Yes, it was wrong!!!!!
If you go through the right side, it will put both of you at great risk.
The right side is actually the entrance gate to their supernatural kingdom.
And you know that chair on the bridge? That chair is actually a sacrificial throne for the Jin Kingdom.
The spirits have spread false information to the local villagers!!!”
The follower explained clearly, based on what he could see from Nandi’s live stream.
“Then what should we do?!” Tono asked, reading the message in panic.
“Based on my spiritual vision, the only thing you can do is meet the old man who guards that hill,” replied the follower named Ki Agus Mideo.
“But how do we find him?” Tono asked again.
Ki Agus Mideo explained further:
“According to my vision, just keep walking straight.
When you reach a three-way intersection, take the road on the right.
Keep going until the road ends.
There, you will find a small temple-like hut.
That is where the old guardian of the hill stays.”
“Is he a good person?” Nandi asked carefully.
“Yes. He is a good Jin, a Muslim Jin. Don’t worry.
I have interacted with him before through your live stream,” Ki Agus Mideo replied.
“But is it safe?” Tono asked.
Helped by One of His Followers: Ki Agus Mideo
“Don’t worry. I will protect and guide you from here,” Ki Agus Mideo said.
“Hurry! You must meet him before dawn.
If you don’t… you will never be able to return home,” he warned.
“Alright. Thank you,” Tono replied.
The two of them quickly rushed forward.
Step by step, they passed through the dark road.
The Devil’s Chair on the Sacred Bridge (Episode 2) : Meanwhile, Somewhere Else…
Ki Agus Mideo helped them by chanting sacred spells, so they would not be misled or disturbed by the evil spirits lurking in that area.
“Bumine wis barokah, wis resik atine, aman slamet, paring mawar lan melati kanggo slamet, pangayoman marang leluhur.”
Ki Agus Mideo fought continuously against the evil Jin guarding the place where Tono and Nandi were trapped.
“Bruaaaghhh!”
He suddenly vomited blood, overwhelmed by the sudden attack of many spirits.
“My Qorin Jin… my ancestors… my army… come to me!!!
I need you now!!!!!” Ki Agus Mideo shouted.
In an instant, they all appeared at his residence.
“What is it, Ki? Why did you summon us?” asked the Jin King from Ki Agus Mideo’s army.
“I was attacked at Bukit Malarayu. Now, attack them!” Ki Agus commanded.
“Very well!!!!! If you order it, we shall obey!” the Jin leader replied.
Immediately, the Jin King and his army—numbering in the thousands—rushed toward Bukit Malarayu, the place where Ki Agus Mideo had been defeated.
Like lightning striking from the sky, within only ten minutes, his army arrived.
“Is this the place, Ki…?” asked Mangunsuo, the true name of the Jin King under Ki Agus Mideo’s command.
The Jin leader and Ki Agus communicated from a distance.
“Yes, Mangunsuo… can you defeat them?” Ki Agus asked.
“Of course!!!
I am Mangunsuo, King of the Wiyakunato Kingdom.
I will destroy this kingdom!” Mangunsuo declared.
