Hikari Blue United Tegal Academy has officially opened. The students who registered immediately started training at the training center, Atshuka Center.
They trained happily and enthusiastically. They were taught the roles and functions of many football positions such as Striker, Center Back, Right Back, Left Back, Central Midfielder, Attacking Midfielder, Left Midfielder, Right Midfielder, Goalkeeper, and many more.
They were also given knowledge and motivation about the world of football, and were taught dribbling skills, including Jatmiko, a student of Hikari United Tegal Academy (HUTA), who dreamed of becoming a Central Midfielder.
Two weeks later had passed. Jatmiko, who was still full of spirit and determination to become a central midfielder, kept training hard, both at the academy and through his own personal practice.
Even though he was not born into a football family and didn’t have natural talent in football, he continued to train. Sometimes he even received insults and mockery from his high school friends because he wasn’t good at playing football.
“Huft… finally, it’s done,” said Jatmiko.

AFT Cup Match: Indonesia vs Malaysia
Then he sat quietly, lost in thought. A few seconds later, Jatmiko suddenly remembered the match in the ASEAN Football Team (AFT) Cup tournament between Indonesia and Malaysia.
“Hmm… I feel like I’m remembering something,” said Jatmiko.
“Oh right! This afternoon there’s an AFT Cup match, Indonesia vs Malaysia. It’s going to be exciting,” he said, remembering that Indonesia was facing its eternal rival.
Jatmiko finally went home.
At exactly 17:00, the match began.
Jatmiko, who had just arrived home, quickly grabbed the remote and turned on the TV.
Luckily, he arrived right on time, so he was still able to watch both national teams singing their national anthems.
After singing Indonesia Raya and Negaraku, the players continued with a photo session and then the coin toss.
The goal was to decide which team would start the match first, or take the kick-off.
“Alright, both captains please come closer,” said the referee while giving a signal.
“Here is the coin. Please choose one side,” the referee said while showing it.
“Okay… I choose the FIFA logo side,” said the captain of the Indonesian national team.
“Alright, so you choose the FIFA side. The other side is the ball. Agreed, captain?” said the referee.
“Yes, agreed, ref,” replied the captain of the Malaysian national team.
“Okay, now shake hands as a sign of respect,” said the referee, telling both captains to shake hands.
“Prrriiit…!”
The referee blew the whistle, marking the start of the first half kick-off.
“Yes, the whistle has just been blown, which means the first half has officially started,” said the TV commentator who was broadcasting live.
